Welcome and congratulations on taking the first step towards making changes in your life! It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance.

As a licensed therapist in San Diego County, my mission is to help people improve their emotional well being, empower them to have the tools necessary to take control of their lives and to enhance their ability to engage in interpersonal relationships.

Types of Counseling:  Individual Therapy or Couples Counseling

Areas of Specialty: Relationships, Marriage Counseling, Improving Your Sex Life, Stepfamily Living, Parenting Issues, Depression and Anxiety, Addictions, Alcoholism and the Family, Career Change and/or Professional Issues.

My approach is characterized by empathy, compassion, optimism and a collaborative spirit. I work with people’s strengths rather than emphasizing their weaknesses.  I pride myself on being down to earth. I’d rather kid with people than judge them and, though I enjoy talking, I find listening and exploring to be incredibly powerful.

I hope you’ll take some time to look through my website to learn more specific details about my work as a therapist in San Diego. Once again, my congratulations on beginning the process of changing your life and finding the solutions you are after.
