CORINNE HEINZELMANN, Psy.D.
Clinical Psychologist (PSY 16281)
Individual, Couples, and Group Therapy
Offices in Encinitas and Del Mar
(760) 815-6146

Life is stressful; and women experience this in unique ways. Trauma, loss, early childhood experiences, recurrent behaviors, career stress, and body and life-cycle changes can result in difficulties with a woman’s self-esteem, relationships, mood, sexuality, spirituality, health, work and daily functioning. Similarly, couples develop patterns of relating from early experiences which result in conflict, loneliness and despair.

Dr. Corinne Heinzelmann is a Licensed Psychologist working in an OB/GYN office with women and couples. She uses her extensive training and clinical experience along with her practical knowledge from being a wife and a mom to two small children to assess and aid her clients. Therapy provides deeper insight into our needs, choices, beliefs, behaviors, and emotions. Therapy can provide the tools needed to move toward emotional and spiritual wholeness.

Specialties: Depression, Self-Esteem, Postpartum Depression, Anxiety, Marriage and other relationships, Executive Coaching, Stress Management
