My commitment as a therapist is to help you create a healthy connection within yourself, in your partnerships and with your children. I believe that all of us want loving relationships. Yet many of us were not given the tools or taught effective skills to create healthy and loving relationships. Others have past experiences from childhood that impede their ability to create spontaneous, authentic and open relationships.

Possible pathways to improving yourself or your relationships:

your life and relationships.
• Addressing and changing habits, patterns or addictions that 
don't support a healthy lifestyle.
• Exploring beliefs, perceptions and feelings from your
childhood that keep you a prisoner of the past.
• Gaining skills in compassionate and effective
communication, boundary setting and conflict resolution.
