If you have experienced the stress of growing up with alcoholic parents, if you have relationship issues, or eating disorders, are dealing with the loss of a loved one, or have workplace, family, or social stresses, I can guide you through the difficult periods. I am a registered nurse and psychotherapist with over 40 years of experience. I am a warm, caring, humanistic therapist who specializes in helping people in relationships. In a safe, confidential environment, I help people identify the reality of their situation and find the means to solve their problems. My goal is to help people identify their challenges, confront them and develop the tools to meet and overcome them! I encourage individuals to get in touch with the inner self, to choose what they want and to go after it instead of fearing it. I take an active role, offering feedback and providing new information that can be crucial in learning and developing new coping skills.
